TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. GENERAL INFORMATION
DWP House is a curated hybrid space for education, dining, and art.
Rental applies to the venue located at Setrasari Mall, Bandung (Unit B1-6, Level 2).
Rental periods with minimum 4 hours or full-day (max. 9 hours including extra hour).
2. BOOKING & PAYMENT
Booking is confirmed once full payment (100%) is received.
Payment is non-refundable, except in case of cancellation by DWP House.
Rescheduling is allowed 1x only, subject to availability.
3. USAGE OF SPACE
Rental includes use of the agreed area (main room / private area), furniture, AC, Wi-Fi, sound system (basic), and lighting (basic/ceiling).
Any additional equipment (projector, extra sound system, decoration, professional lighting, etc.) must be requested in advance and may incur extra charges.
We do not provide or rent out photography and lighting equipment.
Maximum capacity must be respected according to agreement (15–25 pax).
Maximum power usage 2200W or 10A.
No pets allowed.
4. F&B POLICY
Outside food & beverages are not allowed, unless pre-approved.
F&B service is available through Taki Matcha Room with separate charges or bundled packages.
5. RESPONSIBILITIES OF RENTER
The renter is responsible for the conduct of all participants and must ensure that the event does not cause disturbance to other tenants or mall visitors.
The renter must restore the space to its original condition after use.
Any damage to property or equipment will be charged to the renter.
6. LIABILITY
DWP House is not liable for loss of personal belongings during the event.
DWP House reserves the right to stop the event if activities are deemed unsafe, illegal, or against community guidelines.
7. MEDIA & DOCUMENTATION
By renting DWP House, the renter agrees that photos/videos of the event may be taken for documentation and promotional purposes, unless stated otherwise in writing.
8. PROMOTIONAL RATE TERMS (if available)
To qualify for DWP House promotional rates, renters must complete the following steps:
Follow Instagram account @DWP.House.
Post an Instagram story or feed post during the event, tagging @DWP.House.
Leave a review on Google Maps (DWP House – Setrasari Mall) .
Failure to complete the above steps may result in the regular rental rate being applied.
Promo rates cannot be combined with other discounts or offers.
